2009 Challenge, Day 220: Body Macro: ABSTRACT

Today is Saturday, August 8th, 2009. Today’s Body Macro theme for the 2009 Challenge is ABSTRACT.

"Black & White, The Human Body", by Johanna Garlike

Today you are free to shoot, within reason, any macro shot of the human body you want. What I’m looking for today is something abstract and fun. You can be oddly artistic or just plain and simple.

So, go find a unique form, that just happens to be a part of the body. Or, seek to show us a beautiful piece of art, that you wouldn’t think was a body, unless you were told.

Once you’re ready to submit your work to Flickr, you’ve got to do two important things. First, make sure you tag your photos correctly; “2009challenge″ and “2009challenge220“. Also, if you haven’t already, join the PhotoChallenge group on Flickr. Then, submit each day’s photo to the group’s pool.

About Steve Troletti

I'm a Location Scout, Editorial, Nature, Wildlife and Environmental Photographer based in Malibu, California. I specialize in Nature and Urban Nature photography including Infrared Landscapes. The Bulk of my work takes place in the Los Angeles, California area, Greater Montreal Region, Canada, Switzerland, France and Varese in Northern Italy. Ethical wildlife photography is the main priority and focus of my work. A minimum disturbance of the animals, their habitat and the environment is my top priority. This applies as much to total wilderness areas as it does to urban nature environments. Ongoing education of environmental issues and building awareness for the protection of wildlife and wilderness areas around the world is what drives me to document the beauty that surrounds us.
