The Trevor Carpenter PhotoChallenge and COVID-19

We at the Trevor Carpenter PhotoChallenge and Tempus Aura Studios understand the complexity of current events in regards to COVID-19. Many of our participants are having their daily lives altered by the virus, while others may have suffered more serious and direct effects such as testing positive or worse, suffered the loss of a family member or loved one.

We have decided to continue with the photo challenge as a form of activity to help us all maintain some form of normalcy throughout these difficult times.

Our team has also decided to make the Photo Challenges more “Stay-at-Home Friendly.” Although we believe a variety of activities as a healthy mental stimulus are necessary, we do not want anyone to feel obliged to leave their home and increase their risk of infection just to complete a photo challenge.

We want to thank you all for being part of the Trevor Carpenter PhotoChallenge throughout these difficult times.

About Steve Troletti

I'm a Location Scout, Editorial, Nature, Wildlife and Environmental Photographer based in Malibu, California. I specialize in Nature and Urban Nature photography including Infrared Landscapes. The Bulk of my work takes place in the Los Angeles, California area, Greater Montreal Region, Canada, Switzerland, France and Varese in Northern Italy. Ethical wildlife photography is the main priority and focus of my work. A minimum disturbance of the animals, their habitat and the environment is my top priority. This applies as much to total wilderness areas as it does to urban nature environments. Ongoing education of environmental issues and building awareness for the protection of wildlife and wilderness areas around the world is what drives me to document the beauty that surrounds us.
