I would have taken a break sooner, but I wanted to fulfill a promise to a friend, keep the Photo Challenge going as he had created it. I set myself a goal to complete a decade of Trevor’s legacy of Photo Challenges. Mission Accomplished! Actually, it only felt true when I posted Jeanie’s WEEK 52 Photo Challenge to the Facebook Community.
Many of you are probably wondering what’s coming up with the 2019 Trevor Carpenter Photo Challenge. For starters, after 8 amazing years, I will take a break from the Photo Challenge and leave the place to Jeanie and Eric to steer the ship in the direction they creatively select.
It’s been a great experience working the Photo Challenge with both of them, two very uniquely creative individuals who will be revealing the ins and outs of Next Year’s Photo Challenge Shortly.
Peter who’s also part of the Photographic Discourse group will be more involved in the Photo Challenge as well. His new role will be announced shortly.
It’s also been a great journey meeting and interacting with the Photo Challenge Community, some of you have been around so long, you’re like family.
I can remember when Trevor took a break from the Photo Challenge, lucky at the time Jeremy and Gary were there to help. Eventually it was a little alarming as at times I found myself running the show all by myself.
This time around I feel very confident we’re all in Good Hands with Jeanie, Eric and with Peter joining the Photo Challenge, extending a helping hand.
